Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Welcome to Comperly Skills. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. Our platform is a skill-based educational tool and is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service.

1. Services & Definitions

Comperly Skills sells digital books ("E-books") and online courses ("Courses") on practical subjects including artificial intelligence, online income, starting a business and creator businesses. We also run a free weekly live session and occasional free giveaways. Printed editions of our books are published and sold by Amazon, not by us.

Everything paid for here is a one-off purchase with lifetime access. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing is taken from you again unless you buy something else.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to buy anything from us. Users between 13 and 18 may use the free parts of the platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to keep one account and to give accurate registration details, because that is how we reach you about something you have bought.

3. Giveaways

  • We sometimes ask a question on social media and invite answers through this site. Entry is free. There is no fee, no stake, and buying something does not improve your chances.
  • The prize is a digital book from our own library. No cash is offered and no money is ever paid out, so there is nothing for you to claim, verify or withdraw.
  • Winners are chosen by us on the quality of the answer. We will tell you by email, and the book appears in your library automatically.
  • We may disqualify an entry that is copied, automated, or submitted through multiple accounts by the same person.
  • We may name a winner publicly. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

4. Payment, Currency & Refunds

  • Prices are in US dollars and are shown inclusive of any tax we are required to charge. The price you see on the page is the price you pay; nothing is added at the payment screen.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • A purchase is a one-off. Nothing renews, there is no subscription, and there are no credits or virtual currency of any kind.
  • Refunds. A digital book or course is delivered to you immediately and cannot be returned, so please read the contents, the sample and the "what this does not promise" section on every product page before buying — they are there so you can decide properly. If something is genuinely wrong — the file will not open, you were charged twice, you bought the wrong title — write to us within 14 days and we will refund you. We would rather refund you than have you feel cheated.
  • Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Pre-orders & Launch Dates

  • The Course, the E-Book and the printed Books are currently offered as pre-orders. You are paying in advance for a product that has not yet been released.
  • The launch date shown on each product page is our current good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Producing this material properly takes as long as it takes, and we would rather ship late than ship badly.
  • We may extend a launch date. If we do, we will tell you by email at the address on your account, with a revised date.
  • If a launch is delayed and you would prefer not to wait, you may request a full refund by replying to that email or writing to us, at any time before the product is delivered to you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.
  • Pre-order pricing is a genuine discount against the price the product will be sold at after launch. Once you have pre-ordered, your price is locked — a later price rise does not affect you, and you receive the finished product plus any updates to it.
  • Printed editions are sold by Amazon, not by us. If you buy a paperback, your contract for it is with Amazon: Amazon takes the payment, prints it, ships it, and handles its own returns. Buying a paperback does not give you the e-book here, and we cannot see, change or refund an Amazon order.

7. User Content & IP

When you send us something — a giveaway answer, a support message, a suggestion — you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to read it, to reply to it, and to quote a giveaway answer publicly if we name you as its author. We do not use what you send us to train AI models. Please only send us work that is your own.

8. Our IP & License

All content on the platform, including our brand, logo, software, and AI-generated text, is the exclusive property of Comperly Skills. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful here. That includes scraping the site, reverse-engineering it, introducing malware, and sharing, reselling or republishing a book or course you have bought. One purchase is for one person; it is not a license to distribute.

8. What we publish about you

Nothing, unless you win a giveaway and are happy to be named. There are no public leaderboards, no visible progress statistics and no student counts on this site. We may publish figures that cannot identify anybody, such as how many people finished a course.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

12. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services or any contest at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms without prior notice.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comperly Skills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comperly Skills from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, where Comperly is established. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India, or resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country or state where you live.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Contact

For any questions about these Terms, please contact us at contact@comperly.com.
